Adult Basic Life Support with AED Training
Adult Basic Life Support with AED Training
Cardiac arrest is a time-critical emergency where early recognition, effective CPR and prompt defibrillation can make the difference between life and death.
This practical course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to recognise cardiac arrest, initiate an appropriate emergency response, perform high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and safely use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Delegates will receive hands-on CPR training and have the opportunity to practise AED use during realistic simulation scenarios. Scenarios can be adapted to reflect the clinical environment and patient population encountered by your team.
The course focuses on building both technical skills and confidence, with an emphasis on working as a team, ensuring delegates are prepared to respond effectively when faced with a cardiac arrest.
